So I ordered a 12 month subscription and they only let me get 2 magazines before charging me again

Doesnt open.

This app is amazing with its features but ever since Christmas Ive had a notification sign on it and I cant get rid of it so that is a big problem

The dates on the issues changed. Like February is now March but March was supposed to be Quantam Break and March became April but its not April yet.

Um, I paid money to read your magazine, so can I please open the app to do so? Your app crashes every time I try to open it, so how about fixing it?

Been paying for subscription for this app for 6 months now and the last 3 months it keeps saying Im not signed in, and that my emails are invalid. And it tries to make me pay $10 for each issue. Cancelling my subscription, hopefully this gets fixed one day!

Okay this is very simple want the best Xbox coverage then get this magazine enough said!!!!!!!

Its harder too find this mag in stores these days so I resorted to using the app and I may get a mail subscription cause I prefer print over digital but either format is excellent n I like supporting the gaming industry and its reviewers and critics.

Will not let me redownload my magazines when i still have a subscription thats still active! Help section is a joke! Download every other magazine app except this one this ones a rip off

Why so expensive?

I previously wrote about the app not working on the new iPad. After working through all FAQs. I emailed support, their reply was to ask for a refund. I wiped my iPad and reinstalled the software from my Mac. I setup my iPad as a NEW iPad instead of from a backup and downloaded the app. It WORKED! I hope this helps others that may experience the same problem. I also want to complement the company on the new interface, really nice! Better support would be nice, remember, customer support!

The price for back issues are suppose to be $ .99, but instead show up as $ 9.99. Way too expensive, wouldnt you say?

Why is this not free with a print subscription? Get with the times. All popular magazines give you free digital with print subscription. I might just need to cancel both until you get it right.

The magazine is fine, pretty much same as print. I saw in the description that back issues were .99 and decided to go digital rather than print for that reason. After subscribing I find the back issues are in fact $9.99. Ive emailed the publisher with no reply. So I decided to call them, I was told they couldnt help and that Id have to contact Apple...... Never again will I buy a publication from Future Publishing.

Wont open. Kind of useless.

I had to delete it an re-download it to actually get my subscription, it was very inconvenient but i love the magazine.

Ok. Why the heck would somebody pay frickin 10 bucks for a magazine I could get from game stop just for being a member
